Code of Conduct Policy

Introduction

At Online Account Entry (OAE), we uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all our dealings. This Code of Conduct sets out the principles and expectations that guide our behaviour, both internally and externally.

Purpose

The purpose of this Code is to ensure that every member of the OAE community acts with integrity, professionalism, and accountability in delivering services to clients and interacting with colleagues, regulators, and partners.

Professional Behaviour

  • Employees must comply with all applicable laws, accounting standards, and professional regulations.

  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed immediately.

  • Misrepresentation of qualifications, credentials, or financial information is strictly prohibited.

  • Employees must not engage in conduct that could damage OAE’s reputation.

Confidentiality

All staff must maintain the confidentiality of information acquired during their work. Disclosure is only permitted with proper authorisation or when required by law.

Use of Company Assets

  • Company resources, including IT systems, must be used responsibly and for authorised business purposes only.

  • Misuse of company property or intellectual property is prohibited.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

OAE maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, fraud, and corruption.
Employees must not offer, solicit, or accept bribes or any form of improper payment.

Reporting Misconduct

Employees must report unethical or unlawful behaviour immediately through designated internal channels. Reports will be treated confidentially and without retaliation.

Compliance and Review

OAE’s management ensures that all employees receive ongoing training on the Code of Conduct and related policies. This Code is subject to regular review and continuous improvement.
