Referral Programme Policy

Introduction

The Online Account Entry (OAE) Referral Programme, operated by Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Limited, encourages individuals, clients, and partners to refer new clients to OAE’s bookkeeping, payroll, and account management services. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for participation in the referral programme.

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define how OAE’s referral programme operates, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with applicable financial, anti-bribery, and data protection laws in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where OAE operates.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All existing clients, individuals, and partners who refer new business to OAE.

  • All new referred clients who sign up for and complete paid services through OAE.

Referral Eligibility

  1. The Referrer must be an existing client, partner, or registered participant with OAE.

  2. The Referee (the referred client) must be a new client who has not previously engaged OAE or Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Limited.

  3. Both Referrer and Referee must submit valid contact details through the official referral form provided on the OAE website.

  4. Consent must be obtained from the Referee before providing their details to OAE.

Referral Incentive

  • The Referrer is entitled to a commission of 5% to 15% of revenue invoiced and paid by the referred client for the first year of service.

  • The specific percentage is determined based on the value and scope of the referred engagement.

  • Payment will be made only after successful payment by the referred client and verification of compliance with this policy.

Disbursement of Commission

  • Referral commissions are paid via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

  • Payments are processed within 30 days of the referred client’s cleared payment.

  • Referrers are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from their referral income.

Programme Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are prohibited.

  • Commissions will not be paid where referrals breach confidentiality or data protection obligations.

  • Referrals involving unethical practices, conflicts of interest, or misrepresentation are void.

Data Protection

All referral data is handled in accordance with OAE’s Data Protection and Privacy Policies. Consent from both Referrer and Referee is required before processing any personal information.

Programme Termination

OAE reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the referral programme where misuse or breach of this policy occurs.
OAE may modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time with prior notice on its website.
